Whether you're a beginner or an experienced meditator, this circle offers a supportive and inclusive space to explore various meditation techniques. The circle is a wonderful opportunity to learn new practices, share insights, and find a sense of community in a world that often feels fast-paced and disconnected.
Each monthly meetup will include:
Discussion and instruction about meditation, mantra and yoga philosophy.
Meaningful meditation time to explore and experience the practice.
Community Q&A
Useful tips and guidance for developing and continuing an at-home meditation practice.
Chairs or floor cushions, to support comfort of all participants.
The Monthly Meditation Circle is open to all. Come as you are—no previous meditation experience required. Let’s gather, breathe, and meditate together.
