Sign on at least 5 minutes before class: This way we can help you if you have any technical difficulties.
Have your props ready: You will feel most comfortable if you have a yoga mat and some good quality props available. Here are some tips on our blog for investing in your home practice.
Video and Audio: Your video will initially be turned off and you will be muted. However, we love it when you turn on your video and mic to ask questions or get guidance from your teacher.

I fell in love with The Yoga Common from the moment I visited it. The instructors, environment and the classes are just great. Every time I leave the studio I have a smile in my face.
