Your First Class

In-Person Classes

Props: You may bring your own mat or rent one at the studio. Props are available at no charge.

Arrive 10-15 minutes before class: That will ensure that you’ve got all the time you need to get signed in and perform our safety checks.

Livestreaming: Note that the class will be simultaneously Livestreamed to our online students, however the spaces on the floor have been marked to show which are visible on camera.

Livestream Classes

Access link: Your Zoom Livestream link will arrive in your inbox approximately 30-60 minutes before class time.

Sign on at least 5 minutes before class: This way we can help you if you have any technical difficulties.

Have your props ready: You will feel most comfortable if you have a yoga mat and some good quality props available. Here are some tips on our blog for investing in your home practice.

Video and Audio: Your video will initially be turned off and you will be muted. However, we love it when you turn on your video and mic to ask questions or get guidance from your teacher.

I fell in love with The Yoga Common from the moment I visited it. The instructors, environment and the classes are just great. Every time I leave the studio I have a smile in my face.
